I not only strive to build brands,
I build brand relationships.

Some people are creative, while others are analytical. I fall somewhere in between. One could say that I am a proponent of creative solutions through analytical problem solving. I believe that problems can be creatively solved through careful analysis of the problem itself;

creativity through strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Originating as an art director, I came to realize my forte in strategic analysis and consumer behavior. Rather than using analytical skills to arrive at a creative solution, I have simply evolved to use creative thinking as a means to solve analytical problems.

I have wide range of experience with the versatility to be placed in any number of contexts – producing branding campaigns, marketing and business plan development, project management, and tactical communications. In addition, I have experience in both the General and Hispanic markets. Along with this, I have a BFA in Communication Design, and am just shy of completing an MBA in Marketing.

ACCOMPLISHMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Strategic Planning

  • Awarded lead position to synchronize all aspects of Corliss Stone Little, LLC re-branding project. Created both concept and design work, and oversaw the finalization of all aspects of production with efforts that resulted in a modernized branding system that moved CSL, LLC into a new era that is more in alignment with current marketing trends.
  • Conducted market analysis for Exclaim Entertainment, LLC.'s Boz the Green Bear (a non-denominational religious-based children’s character). Created a marketing plan, and business plan development that resulted in Identifying two new consumer segments for their product(s) with a strategy potential of 15% growth.

Project Management

  • Lead the initiative to work with print vendors in order to streamline the production process for Bestway Rent-to-Own circular print projects. Analyzed the process from initial concept to completion from the vendors prospective, as well as the design structure of the materials being proposed which ultimately resulted in an approximate 15% reduction in the overall process and printing costs
  • Took the initiative to properly update and maintain Legion advertising’s aging IT system. Coordinated the efforts of various contract service personnel for the purpose of maintaining agency IT infrastructure which resulted in an approximate 30% decrease in agency downtime and 15% increase in system data throughput and communications within the home office and its satellites

Creative Communication Tactics

  • Took the lead on the creative initiative for Qwest Communication's QwestFest customer appreciation concert. Solely responsible for creating all concept and design for all materials, and advertising announcements, resulting in an 12% increase in Hispanic cell phone customers
  • Selected as “winning” design work by various clients. Used analytical and creative problem-solving techniques in order to arrive at a creative solutions that developed well over 50 major marketing and advertising solutions for various Fortune 500 clients such as Qwest Communications, Miller Brewing Company, Bimbo USA, and Greatwide Logistics (among others), that resulted in increased awareness and product exposure
